Objectives:

1. To study the growth pattern of a population if there are no factors to limit its growth.

2. To understand the various parameters of a population such as per capita rate of increase(r), per capita rate of birth (b) and per capita rate of death(d).

3. To understand how these parameters affect the rate of growth of a population.
